This aquatic walk in the sea combines gentle effort, cohesion and reconnection with oneself. Ideal for stimulating active recuperation, encouraging informal exchange between peers and taking a moment out of the ordinary to take a strategic step back.
Bring water shoes or closed shoes (paddles and wetsuits provided).
