The ‘big leap’ for ETIs

For the past 6 years, Ready For IT has been the place and the time for CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, Innovation Directors and the best solution providers in the field of digital transition and security to meet.

In 2025,

More than ever, Ready For IT is targeting the community of IT decision-makers in French mid-sized companies (ETIs), to help them with the digital transformation of their organisations.

A successful digital transition

to combine digital transformation and cybersecurity to remain competitive on international markets, while mastering the growing risks in an increasingly connected world, is becoming more and more the key factor for success.

Because 2025,

is the year of NIS2, CSR, HR and expertise, imposing a global obligation for economic performance, the year of a ‘great leap forward’ which should make it possible to optimise processes and costs, accelerate production times and strengthen threat management to establish an effective and sustainable cybersecurity strategy.

We're simply delighted to be here with you and look forward to seeing you in Monaco on 20th and 21th May.

Conferences & Keynotes

Ready For IT 2025 | Opening conference

The great digital leap: digital transformation and cybersecurity in an era of new regulations

Opening conference | Tuesday 20th May | 11:30 am - 12:30 pm | Room: Camille Blanc

At a time when artificial intelligence and platformisation are accelerating digital transformation, businesses are facing a triple challenge: regulatory pressures, heightened cybersecurity, and a loss of control over their information systems. Between short-term operational efficiency and long-term structural transformation, CIOs are faced with complex trade-offs.

Gilles Babinet will share with us his vision of the major changes underway and the strategic choices that need to be made to make this digital “leap” a success.

  • Gilles Babinet, Co-Chairman of the French National Digital Council (CNNum) and entrepreneur
Ready For IT 2025 | Keynote ESET

Threat landscape, regulatory framework and Artificial Intelligence: the challenges of cybersecurity in 2025

Tuesday 20th May | 18:00 pm - 18:30 pm | Room: Camille Blanc

Attacks on SMEs and VSEs often open the door to the major groups to which they are subcontractors. Understanding the mechanisms, players and tools behind these threats is a necessity for IT professionals, who act as advisers to the targets that are their customers. At this conference, Benoit Grunemwald, cybersecurity expert and Director of Public Affairs at ESET, will provide an insight into the major challenges of cybersecurity.

The talk will begin with an overview of the attacks targeting our infrastructures, highlighting the profiles of the attackers, their methods and the evolution of their techniques. A particular focus will be placed on the growing use of artificial intelligence in attack tools: has AI become a “magic tool” for cybercriminals?

Finally, because cybersecurity cannot be effective without a proactive defence strategy, this talk will highlight the role of artificial intelligence as an ally in protecting infrastructures, and the advent of MDR (Managed Detection & Response).

Ready For IT 2025 | Plenary conference

Making the digital big leap: strategy, AI and agility for the ETIs of 2025

Plenary conference | Wednesday 21th May | 12:00 - 12:45 pm | Room: Camille Blanc

The idea is to show how ETIs can meet the challenges of 2025 by building on three pillars:

  1. a strategic vision to drive transformation,
  2. artificial intelligence as an accelerator of value creation,
  3. developing talent and organisational agility to adapt to change.

Marjolaine will share with us concrete use cases and courses of action to inspire participants while responding to their specific challenges.

  • Marjolaine Grondin, Entrepreneur, speaker and founder of the AI Bootcamp

Space debris: pollution beyond the sky

Closing conference | Wednesday 21th May | 6:00 - 6:45 pm | Room: Camille Blanc

In a world where digital transition and security are at the forefront of CIOs' concerns, it's easy to forget that these technologies rely on an invisible but essential infrastructure: space. Today, our communications, transTo round off this day dedicated to the challenges of digital technology, we are honoured to welcome Fatoumata Kébé, astrophysicist and specialist in space debris. A rising star in French astronomy, she invites us to look up at the sky and consider an issue that is as fascinating as it is worrying: the proliferation of waste in orbit.

The exploration and exploitation of space began during the Cold War. Since then, artificial satellites have been used to provide services such as telecommunications and positioning systems like GPS. At the same time, some of the objects that made these services possible have become space debris. Once their mission has been completed, they have been left in space even though they are no longer useful. This conference will look at the growing impact of space debris, but also at the ever-increasing congestion in the Earth's environment with the arrival of new private and public players.

In our businesses, we have learned that technological growth cannot be achieved without responsibility. What is true for our digital infrastructures is just as true for space. In the age of the New Space, when the Earth's orbit is becoming an area of economic and strategic challenge, the issue of space debris is a warning that we cannot ignore.

By becoming aware of this reality, we also have the opportunity to anticipate, innovate and integrate this dimension into our vision of the future. Whether on Earth or beyond, resource management and cyber security are inseparable from a sustainable approach. Thank you to Fatoumata Kébé, who will be shedding light on this hidden face of the space age and the challenges it poses for our digital and global future.

Cyber security/cyber resilience: what is the return on investment for businesses?

Wednesday 21st May | 2:00 - 2:45 pm | Room: Apollinaire

‘Cybersecurity is a cost centre’. "Why invest so much in risks that you don't really see? More than one company director and/or financial director has made these comments when his CIO or IT manager has asked for a budget for cyber security. It's true that while it's possible to track the costs of solutions and services (more or less well), it's difficult to assess the return on investment. And yet it does exist. The cost of an attack for an SME is estimated at between €60,000 and €200,000. That's an amount that can go a long way towards protecting them and preparing them in advance, an essential argument for Boards of Directors. During this round table organised by Clusif, we will look at the methods for assessing the ROI of cybersecurity, as well as the factors that can help you convince your directors to invest more globally in cyber-resilience.

Meet-up & coaching sessions

Ready For IT 2025 | Meet-up sujet juridique

What should you do in the event of a cyber attack? What are the best reflexes? What are the best practices?

Meet-up | Tuesday 20th May | 5:00 - 5:45 pm | Room: Apollinaire

The responsibility of an executive, of the management bodies, is to ensure that the right decisions are taken within the company to ensure its long-term survival and its value creation process for the purposes of Return on Investment. It is up to them to ensure that the cyber risk is taken into account, which, according to various studies, is the number one threat in 5 years' time. Your organisation has been the target of a cyber attack, or you have questions about attacks: what reflexes should you implement (anticipate, react, remedy)? What are your responsibilities? What are the potential consequences for your employees, shareholders and investors? What have you done or could you have done? What should you have done (filed a complaint? Quantified and qualified your damage?) etc.?

Hosted by:

  • Garance Mathias, Lawyer - Mathias Avocat
  • Anne Souvira, Honorary Commissaire Divisionnaire, former head of the cyber mission - Paris Police Headquarters
